We can ship these plants all over the world. And each country has its own rules and policies, especially regarding import permits and tax fees at customs.

We only send the best plants (healthy and rooted) according to the buyer’s order. We take pictures of the plants before packing and will notify the buyer by email.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on any of our plants. If your plants arrive damaged or you’re dissatisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of receipt of purchase so we can find a solution that works for you.

We pack and ship every weekday, except the day before a public holiday. We pack in the order we receive the orders, as efficiently as possible. We can’t give future packing dates.
We mail your plants via Australia Post where possible. Otherwise, orders go via courier.

We understand that things change and you may need to cancel your order for a number of reasons. We’re happy to accommodate order cancelations up to 3 business days before your order ships. If you selected a ship date within three business days of the date you placed your order, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations
